 Group Training Timetable

Your workouts take place in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable. So you get all the RESULTS you want for a fraction of the price!

To ensure that you get a high level of attention, there is a limited number of spaces per session so please get in touch as you have to reserve your place in advance.

Mon – 10:00-11:00

Tues – 11:15-12:00 / 12:30-13:30 / 20:00-21:00

Weds – ///

Thurs – 12:30-13:30

Fri – 11:15-12:00 / 12:30-13:30 / 20:00-21:00

Sat – 10:30-11:30 / 12:00-12:45 / 13:30-14:30

Sun – 10:00-11:00 / 11:30-12:30 / 12:30-13:30
